In 2004, Ted Cruz defended a Texas ruling that said selling sex toys was not protected by the Constitution. In fact, in his briefing, Cruz’s office went so far as to say, “There is no substantive-due-process right to stimulate one’s genitals for non-medical purposes unrelated to procreation or outside of an interpersonal relationship.”
Well, it turns out that Ted Cruz’s former roommate, screenwriter Craig Mazin, had some thoughts on that. When someone on Twitter pointed this out to Mazin, he tweeted out that Ted must have changed his mind on the whole masturbation issue.
Ted Cruz thinks people don't have a right to "stimulate their genitals." I was his college roommate. This would be a new belief of his.

What’s the big deal here, Craig? I’m sure you jerked it just as much as Teddy did. He was an 18-year-old horny college kid who once joked that aspirations ere the sweat that comes out of his butt..
