Earlier this week, I introduced many of you to Anthony Zettel, the mentally unstable Penn State defensive tackle who spent an offseason form-tackling dying trees and perfecting his roundhouse kicking abilities. I made some disrespectful comments about the state of PSU football, many of which were unfounded. For that, I apologize. Up until this week, I have had an anti-PSU bias. That’s changed now.
I have no idea how Penn State will do this season, but I do know that they like to have a good time, as evidenced by this video PSU Football uploaded yesterday:
I don’t know much about what is going on here, outside of an unexpected visit from the PSU drum line. Why they are there, I have no idea. But I do know that PSU football players and coaches absolutely lose their minds for it, and it’s hilarious.
I have two highlights from this video I want to discuss. First is that weird fucking crab-shuffle James Franklin does when the drum line walks in. I’ve spent the last ten minutes in the office trying to recreate it for my coworkers, to no avail. Is he dancing? Is he running? Is he having a seizure? It lasts merely seconds, but I will not forget it soon. Truly incredible, Jimmy Frank.
The second is this guy. I have no idea who he is, what position he plays, or if he is any good, but I think he deserves the Heisman Trophy strictly for his weird, but awesome dancing display:
You’ve won me over, PSU football. Let’s go, State..
