I bet Philadelphia 76ers center Jahlil Okafor would give anything to return to Duke right now. Not only do the 76ers suck beyond belief, but the 19-year-old’s off-the-court life is also being heavily scrutinized at the moment.

This time, Okafor reportedly tried to use a fake ID at a local Philadelphia bar and got denied.

From CSN Philadelphia:

In late October, Okafor allegedly presented a fake I.D. at Misconduct Tavern in Center City, according to two sources with knowledge of the situation. Okafor, 19, was refused service, the sources said. One of the sources said he was surprised because Okafor is “a big guy” and “famous” and “pretty easy to recognize.”

I am extremely curious how this interaction went down. Did Okafor pay some guy in China to make a fake with his picture on it? Or did he ask around to borrow the ID of one of his 6-foot, 11-inch tall, 21-and-older friends who look like him? Was the bouncer completely shocked that one of Philadelphia’s most recognizable athletes was actually going through the main door and showing ID instead of waltzing right in (as I’m sure he could’ve at 98-percent of the city’s bars)?

You’re a millionaire, man. Just tell them you can buy the club and walk right in.

This all comes days after TMZ released a video of Okafor in a street fight outside of a Boston-area bar.

There’s also reports Okafor had a gun pointed at him in a nightclub in early October and was pulled over going 108 mph later that month.

Jahlil, just re-enroll at Duke and stick with dollar bottle night in Durham, North Carolina. This isn’t your year.
