With the NFL Scouting Combine in full swing, there’s been plenty of highs and lows. Saquon Barkley went full-on beast mode with a 4.40 40 time and 29 reps on the bench, while 345-pound Oklahoma OT Orlando Brown left a whole lot to be desired with a 5.42 40 time and only 14 bench reps.
But leading up to the action, things took a turn for the biblical when Alabama running back Bo Scarbrough revealed to reporters the craziest question he got asked at the combine. Naturally, it came from the Cleveland Browns and they apparently asked him whether or not he thought God was a fan of Crimson Tide rivals, the Auburn Tigers. Let’s just say Bo didn’t make any attempts to dodge the question.
Auburn’s just taking all sorts of Ls. First, their basketball program finds itself embroiled in a corruption scandal, and now, right when they need God the most, it turns out the good lord wants nothing to do with them.
Maybe they should stop reporting money to their compliance department and start donating it to the church collection basket. .
