Alcoholic LSU Fans Worried Syracuse Will Run Out Of Booze This Weekend

LSU fans are down to party. This is known. They like alcohol as much as they like football, which is why Baton Rouge is one of the best places to catch a tailgate. When you can combine enough alcohol and football, everyone comes out happy. The only shit thing that could happen would be running out of said alcohol. That’s exactly what LSU fans are worried will happen when they travel to take on Syracuse this weekend.

Jason Ramezan, LSU’s VP of the alumni association, estimates that roughly 7,500 Tiger fans will make the trip to New York this weekend, and, in an interview with, he warned that those northerners might not have an ample amount of alcohol to quench the thirst of the LSU faithful.

Ramezan gave his warning Monday morning by phone from his office in Louisiana.

LSU is coming. And it plans to drink this town dry.

Bloody Mary’s, mimosas and screwdrivers in the morning at the OnCenter, site of the pregame tailgate for traveling alumni.

“I’ve gone places in the past where they’ve run out (of alcohol),” Ramezan said.

Bourbon, Crown Royal, cranberry vodkas and beer during the tailgating at Skytop.

“They might meet their alcohol budget for the year,” he said.

You hear that, Syracuse? LSU is on their way to drink your alcohol, steal your women, ravage your football team, and set fire to your town. Lock your doors, hide your daughters and wives, grab the Bible and pray.
